Interview notes:

My partner, Casey and I are sharing information and working together on Mural. And here are the data we collected from interviewees.
Synthesis/Affinity Mapping:

We first started an another space to work on clustering beside the notes.

To cluster the datas, we copy and paste all of our notes to the new space and we try to find the similar patterns and attributes from those notes, and we group them together.

RESULT(Prioritized List):

REFLECTION & THINGS I LEARNED :
During interviews with my friends, I felt that I am not silent enough as an interviewer. Even though, I tried not to make any noises during the interviews but I eventually led one of the interviewees to think of an answer that he did not consider by asking him an extra question which is not on the questions guide. I understand why I did that because all my three interviewees gave me very similar feedbacks and I was expecting more diverse answers, so I made this wrong decision. After all the interviews, I started to think that my decision is wrong. A lot of time, feedback from different people are just looking quite similar and I should respect that. If I can do interviews again, I will definitely prepare maybe one or two extra questions that are likely to receive very different feedback.
