Create & Share Slides in Google Slide

In this project, I will be creating a usage story which also contains a demo video of how to create a slide show with Google Slide in detail. The Google Slide is a very great tool since it is rather easy to use and it is completely for free. Our main character this time, Jenny, is going to use the Google Slide for her homework.

The process work:

I started from creating three story arcs first as always. After carefully observing these arcs, I decided to go with the G Suite, which is the easiest to explain but also the most familiar one for me.

And of course, I crafted a flow for the usage story.

After that I moved on to the Adobe Photoshop and I created all the visuals that I will need to use in the video over there.

And I imported each of the visuals into the FIGMA. Creating a series of frames that I will need to use in my video.

Changing the colors of the background and inputting texts.

And of course, everything will be put into the Premiere Pro and get edited at the end.

Reflection:

I had been spending too much time on studying the story arc this time. And I still rather to go with the simple G suite. I think I need to go for something that is a little challenging for me next time.

Something I could have improved in this project could be the tasks and impediments. The impediments in this story are pretty simple, and maybe I should try to discover some more advanced impediments before I planned the story arc.

Also, I failed to do my time management this time. I was too overwhelmed by the presentation from another class, and I started this project late in the weekend. I just hope I can better control myself next time. And maybe I should spend a little more time in each day to create drafts for my project ahead of time.
